The team at Gauthiers has excellent service. We have called on them several times for different properties. They are always able to diagnose and fix any problems that arise. They will be our next call for sure!!

They were able to come out quickly and assess some items we needed repaired in a timely manner for an inspection. Very fair and professional, explained everything thoroughly. We are super pleased and will continue to use for all our future needs!

The A.C. gods are proud of this guy, in the current state of our extreme weather you better have a good A.C. man. Southeast Louisiana produces summer days that can see 120 heat index and cool air or lack of it can be potentially lethal for the elderly, young or even working man. It is an absolute necessity and unfortunately you hear horror stories of people spending a nice excessive amounts of money on a central system and end up with systemic problems with the unit that does not pertain to this company. The owner Kevin was efficient , courteous, and professional. He personally came out and priced the job, his employees pretty much knocked out the job in one day all at a reasonable price. BTW they were cheaper than the estimate I got from 3 of the big box companies. 6 months later totally satisfied, if you found him and this review give him a shot you will not be disappointed!!

Kevin and his crew came and replaced my a/c at my business on a Friday with super last minute request. They got us up and running for a busy weekend, coming in before 7 to complete the job. They were clean, professional, and easy to work with. All of our issues were addressed and communication happened throughout the process . I would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential service.

The Gauthier crew just installed a new system in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. The crew was knowledgable and efficient and made sure we understood every part of the process before we agreed to anything. The work is top notch, and the price is straightforward and lower than the competitors. Thanks and we'll be telling our friends.

Quick and Reasonable. Had a competitor want to charge over $500 to install a simple float switch for a drain pan. These guys got it done in less than 20 minutes and at a significantly more reasonable price. Thank You!

Kevin Gauthier and his crew installed a new HVAC system in our home, which we just bought in Park View, on October 15th. They were prompt, courteous, communicative, and professional. Kevin has decades of experience, and it shows. You can count on that. From now on, he’s our go-to HVAC expert in NOLA. He should be yours, too.
